That's basically impossible without redoing all of barotrauma. I'm pretty sure that barotrauma's physics assume that things cannot rotate, you could as well be asking to add a third dimension to the game.

I'm making a ship which consists of many shuttles/parts docked together. Is there any way to make each profession spawn on a different shuttle? Right now everyone spawns in a single shuttle in a cargo spawnpoint, despite other shuttles having proper human spawnpoints for different professions.
