No, because he can only move when you are not seeing him. Which means that he will be still with the SCRAMBLE gear because you are still looking at him.

I think the class-D SCP you are looking for is SCP-723-D. He was classified as an SCP because he turned out to be invincible. Pretty bad article, but the decommission logs makes up for it.

Do you mean that they did canonically, or that we can use that as the reason to? Because if its the second one, then it wouldn't work. Sure, they want to steal SCPs from the Facility, but their tactics aren't just let some SCPs loose and then do whatever you can.

Then you don't really need to mess with the camera? 173 appearing in front of you is scary enough without the need of camera effects to mess with you.
