Yes, you're now supposed to use the issue tracker. We redirected the subforum to it since it's a lot easier for us to make sure we're tackling bug reports that way.

Sorry for the late response, the host can find the IDs of every client by typing "clientlist" in the console.

That might be the blur effect, which uses a similar technique.

Of what I understood it is an alternative has world studio? No. This is mostly a tool for port developers who want to have access to the latest versions of the rooms without having to write an RMesh importer for their projects, and it will not allow you to create rooms in the same way 3D World Stud...
