So why wouldn't it be used as a long term solution? (I'm just curious. I have no experience with coding.) The game clearly just needs some better memory management. Someone already asked this question (on the wrong subforum, mind you, so I can understand if you missed it) http://undertowgames.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=6068 You can try to view and modify an RMesh file, but you'll need to write some code to convert it to something else or create a plugin...

I don't have a B3D exporter on hand, but there has be one out there somewhere. Can't be bothered to make or find one, to be honest.

RMesh files are created from B3D meshes with a converter tool: https://github.com/Regalis11/scpcb/blob/master/Converter.bb . Note that not any B3D mesh will work properly with this converter; it was designed for files exported by 3D World Studio, which to my knowledge isn't easily obtainable anymore...

It's on our to-do list now, we just haven't gotten around to doing this yet because spritefonts in MonoGame have a fixed size, and we can't change it in-game unless we change the way fonts are handled in the first place.

The RMesh format was slightly changed around 1.3, so some of the new rooms are incompatible with the WYSIWYG editor since it hasn't been updated for some time. You could either hope that someone will feel like fixing it, or use older versions of the meshes that don't load.
