Are you encoding the file with UTF-8? It's probably the best Unicode encoding for your case.

Edit: Just tested. Blitz3D can't read Asian characters correctly unless you use a library like FastText :|

Geez, you must play with the source code alot. I only brought it out like 4-5 times. I still need ideas. (That I lack.) I like programming. I have some experience with other Basic languages, and I'm quite fluent with Game Maker. I code for fun :D Hope you find ideas. Wait, so people actually do car...

I'm not sure a MasterCard would be enough for distracting the MTFs, they would probably focus on containing the escaped SCPs, and killing "dangerous" Class D personnel.

One question do we have to add sound effect ourselves for MTF and facility messages ? If so, could someone give me these effects in order to make the recordings ? i'm currently working on a french translation mod. Yes, it's how it works. Unfortunately, I: am not a voice actor; can't speak in French...
