You should look at The Thing Videogame, it's an older game, but ha a moral system where your squad mates, depending on the environment and your actions, can either trust you and die for you, or become afraid and accuse you (or other members) of being the Thing (Sometimes they themselves are it.)

Also look at the game Area 51 (The one on the Xbox, and PS2.) The outer area looks like a typical Air-force base, the first floor is again, typical, but as you go lower in it becomes a lot more industrial, and the lowest floors become increasingly more high-tech and futuristic, almost Alien.
