I removed the episodes to put it all into 1 game. You have to select create new game save. You can save/backup your save at C:\Users\\Documents\EA Games\Mirror's Edge\TdGame\Savefiles.
If that didn't help can you write to me in French because I know a person who understands French.

Delete the save files. You don't have to redownload anything.
