A Normal Day In The SCP Foundation (Need Help)

#1
I do not really plan on creating a game like this though I think it is a bit stupid that you can only be a class D and act as everything is normal and stuff like that so I thought that I could start a discussion about this even though I thought about a game like that long ago.
So, I basically thing that there should be a game where you could be a range of characters in a simulation like a scientist walking around doing documents, testing stuff with SCPs or a guard securing the Facility and escorting personnel or a MTF containing SCPs in a breach...

I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CREATE THAT ADVANCED GAMES YET BUT I THOUGHT I COULD START A DISCUSSION.
I DO NOT REQUEST A LOCK BECAUSE OF THAT THOUGH THE POINT OF THIS IS FOR PEOPLE WITH THE SAME OPINION AND THAT CAN CREATE GAMES LIKE THIS SHARE THEIR IDEAS AND CREATE A COOL, ADVANCED SCP SIMULATOR
NOW YOU CAN LOCK THIS IF IT IS TOO MUCH OF A STUPID IDEA THOUGH I WOULD NOT LIKE THAT:

And again:
I CAN NOT CREATE ANY GAME OR 3D MODELS SO I WOULD NEED HELP FROM PEOPLE THAT CAN DO THAT...

I am sorry for the Caps Lock writing though I just wanted to explain to administrators or other personnel what this discussion is about...

I like exploration ;-P
I was trying to say that you can make a whole game with a similar concept but not a mod.

I was talking about the concept of freedom in free-roam and the ability to make choices with detailed outcomes.

That is what I meant to do (I mean my idea)
Example: You could direct Some Class-D's to do some testing on 173 and if you do it right that is another test acomplished and if not a containment breach happens and you need to get a bunch of people to keep their eyes on 173 and wait until expierienced guards come and recontain SCP-173 or something... Just SCP-Containment Breach without a Containment Breach and different choices to do a test or write a document or just walk around ckeck if everything is alright and grap a slice at the cafeteria because everyday is pizza day :D or stuff like that...

Could you explain that a bit more please or say an example?

Basically everything is extremely detailed with unexpected outcomes.

Just misunderstood you :-)Thought you meant you just go until there is a breach or not... So that that would not be possible to do failed tests and still go on...
