Hello, the title already asks a question as to how i Edit or View .RMESH Files.

(Or if they are not editable and Viewable)

You can't. .RMESH is a man-made created file made for SCP CB because it will be fast and get better frame rate.

BoH Map Creator actually did implement a feature to see the room.

You can only edit or view them through .3DW.

There's a download hidden in the main website but it's really outdated.

This question has been circling my mind for days, and now i see that the point is that they're not editable or viewable.

You can try to view and modify an RMesh file, but you'll need to write some code to convert it to something else or create a plugin for some modelling software to use.
