Blitz3D: http://www.blitzbasic.com/ (You'll have to use Juanjp's MAVless Blitz3D or something/something or other)

Forum Post that has everything needed for mod making: https://undertowgames.com/forum/viewtop ... =11&t=3787

My Mod Compilation (For Bases): https://undertowgames.com/forum/viewtop ... =11&t=4423
The ScpCbgames.com site (which is used to see the guides for coding and compiling) says "error forbidden access" when i go to it
is this temporary or was the site shut down or?

The site is down, probably for some sort of maintenance or modifying. If it is, then Reg probably restricted everyone but himself from access to do it.

If not, something messed up and Reg will probably have it fixed at some point.

Ah well sadly now it directs to an undertow games.com "error 404 page not found" error which prevents me from learning

for example this
http://scpcbgame.com/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 106#p80106

Doesnt work anymore
Just check every link of those who had that error. If you see a double "forum", remove one "forum". It should work. It's just pretty much outdated for the link.
