Added new stuff

Console Commands:
- 'spawn096' (Spawns 096 to your location, doesn't work most of the time due to 096's current teleporting algorithm. May make this instead spawn another 096 if it keeps the current algorithm)
- 'reset096' (Does as it should)

Updated to 0.6.5

Updated this mod with a revamped console.

New additions include:
- Scrolling through previously used commands with the arrow keys (Inspired by juanjpro's 'Anomalous Items' mod)
- Movement throughout typed text with the arrow keys
- Better text parsing (No visual changes, only makes adding console commands easier)
- Some commands check to make sure the correct number of arguments were given
- "deletemtf [x/all]" command (Felt this was necessary since I forgot to make it when Regalis added my "spawnmtf" command to the official release)
