My Animations for SCP Modding is glitching help :(

Hi! i was making a mod called SCP Comedy Mod!

and i was animating my characters for my mod!

but when i tested it out for my mod!


it started to start playing to wrong animations on the guards and glitching out!


please help :(
I like making mods and making videos on youtube witch i made for fun and like making GA videos, Crazytalk Animator 3 videos, SCP Comedy mod, and more :)
