What would happen if SCP-173 was positioned in front of a mirror? Would it be able to move, or does it not have sight and just act if it wasn't there?

I've seen a similar discussion about this.

I have often wondered about this myself.

One could effectively contain this ugly statue out in the open if that where the case.

The Foundation is described as one of science, albeit Fringe Science with very dark ethical issues, but science none the less. I am sure that they have already thought of this in universe and have tried it, other wise there would have been a mirror mentioned in the documentation.

Since there isn't lets all assume that mirrors don't work.

Then again, what if?...
