Bot injected code (Warning: Extremely Epic)

Well guys, it appears a bot may or may have not injected a code, be even more careful while browsing these forums, they might have found a way to disable the captcha and so on, I repeat, be careful, Red Alert

EDIT: I also suggest if you are logged in, do not log out at all costs, I mean that if you log out you probably won't be able to log on again untill the problem is fixed.
