Hello Everyone,

Some of you know me, some of you don't. I am the guy who created the official trailers for the game. The first one came out way back in January of 2013, and the second one come out in September of 2013.
Since then however, I have started my own company, Lotims Inc. and have officially dove into doing Film as a full time job. I have 10 years of experience in film, as this area covers Short Films, Video Game Videography, Professional Live-Action Spots for video games, Film-making Tips, and Book Trailers.
All of which can be seen on my company's website here: http://www.lotims.net As well as my director website here: http://www.gageallen.com

This is the first official announcement for the first officially licensed SCP-Project for Containment Breach, called Containment Breach: Run. A full blown, budgeted, live-action promo for Containment Breach. Not just with one SCP... but four. Yes. Four SCP's that will come to life with our experience as well as the experience of professional make-up artists and costume designers. These will be fully built SCP's. Three of which will be people in full blown make-up/custom built from the ground up additions for limbs and looks and such. We are going to make this look right. There will be VFX throughout the spot, such as for the corrosion effects of 106, however, everything else will be created in real time.

Which SCP's are they?
SCP-049
SCP-096
SCP-106
SCP-173

Now. For SCP-173, we have built it from the ground up, professionally. While the other three we will transform an actor into the SCP's. They will look extremely close to the original SCP's, as these are whom they are designed off of exactly. Up to the exact dimensions/measurements of such.

What will you see in the live-action deal?
You will get to follow some of the characters before the breach occurs, and you will get to see the aspects that are not seen by D-9341. Of course, going through a horrifying, gory, bloody, brutal, nerve jerking experience. All being created professionally.
I am not giving off more details as that should be left as a surprise ;)

We want things to look right, and that is why we are welcoming aboard the original author for SCP-049, Gabriel Jade, as well as the SCP's voice actor in the game, The Volgun. Both of which have officially joined the project. We are working closely with the author in designing the outfit and making sure it fits the lore of the SCP perfectly. So you can rest assured SCP-049 will have the most accurate interpretation done, ever.
Also welcome aboard the author for SCP-106 and SCP-914, as well as many of the Foundation's most popular tales, Dr. Gears. Whom is on board and will allow us to not only achieve the most accurate version of 106, but also the most effective atmosphere for the SCP-Foundation!
Finally, welcome aboard the author of SCP-096, Dr. Dan. We are working closely with Dr. Dan to make sure we do 096 justice and get the right interpretation of it!

We have also reached out towards the original author of SCP-173 and are awaiting a response back.

What is going to be different?
There is one thing that will be different about 049's victims compared to the game. The author has expressed that the game's interpretation of the victims is quite a bit different from the look he created, that is why we are moving forward with the original idea of the author for their design. The change being the look and the speed. The victims are only recently deceased, and look much more alive than they do dead. Instead of slowly walking towards any human being, they are supposed to be sprinting, full throttle, towards them. As their adrenaline system goes up 300%. These are not major changes, but will be effectively put into the live-action deal to give a much more realistic interpretation of 049.

This is a confirmed project in which Regalis is working on with us. Rest assured, this will be a fantastically frightening experience.

Why is this being posted here?
Two reasons:
1.- To officially announce the project, as it seems fitting to announce it on the game's Forums.
2.- We would love to have you help! There are several things we would like to find and you can help us with that!

Among those things are:
-Tiled Office Locations in Washington State (We have found several, but it never hurts to have some more!)
-Persons with extensive VFX experience. Allowing us to achieve the highest level of VFX realism possible.
-Any free and able human beings whom live in the northern region of Washington State. If you do, or know anyone who does, we would love for you to come on down to Lotims Inc. and effectively help out with crew spots for the shoot.

Have something you think can be useful? Let us know!
Send any inquiries about such things to my company email:
[email protected]

All in all, this will be a fantastically gory live-action spot for the game. In which will tell a story, and give the beautifully horrifying atmosphere of the SCP universe. Delivering the first official live-action appearances of many of your favorite SCP's from the game.

Can I see any Behind-The-Scenes work?
There will be an immense amount of Behind-The-Scenes for the project posted during the production process, as well as after the production process is done. That of which will be posted here as well as well as for our Patrons on our Patreon campaign page Here:
http://www.patreon.com/Lotims

Questions? Go ahead and ask away. Either here, Reddit, or shoot me an email on our contact form.

Here is to a wonderfully, bloody, experience ;)

EDIT: Kevin MacLeod, the composer for the royalty free music tracks in the game, has officially joined the project! He will be creating an original score for the live-action promo.

Awesome! This projects sounds absolutely awesome! I really can't wait to help out, however I can (unfortunately I live two states too south to participate directly). I'd be glad to provide suggestions, or any other things I can help with (sound, editing, graphics, etc). Just a few questions- 1)How long do you predict this promo to be? Certainly a project over 5 minutes of length would be a lot to undertake. 2) Are you considering adding any other SCPs beyond the humanoids? Something like SCP-372 could be achieved with a mix of practical and VFX, quite simply, and could only be there for further involvement into the SCP universe. (Have you considered 035? It's not a particularly demanding costume and the masks don't seem too hard to come by (some modifications might be necessary though). 3) Will this video coincide the release of v1.0 or are they not affiliated? That would probably limit the amount of time needed for this release.

Can't wait to help out in any way possible!

I am glad you think so. I'll be glad to have you on board.

This promo can be anywhere from 1:30-6:40. Most likely it'll sit right in the middle at 3:30. Being a promo spot for the game, and that of telling a story of one character behind the lines of D-9341's experience. However, this does not follow 9341, but another character.

372 can possibly be added, however, 372 does not leave its cell until 9341 comes across, then following him throughout the rest of the game. This signifies we would either have to create a timeline where 372 leaves its cell, and then returns, or we leave it out completely, as we would not be able to construct an entire room for the specifics of 372, as that would require an entire set be built. It is possibly, however, it would be a very minor addition.
We will not include a physical appearance of 035. As it is latched on to a scientist in its Containment Chamber. Pleading for help over the radio until 9341 comes across it. To avoid any timeline confusions, we will leave 035 out physically of it. However, there may be an audio appearance on the radio ;)

This video will coincide with v1.0. It is being created to promote the first officially created out-of-alpha version of Containment Breach. :)

New update. The writer for SCP-106, Dr. Gears, whom is also the writer of the Foundations most popular tales, as well as SCP-914, is on board the project! This means we will be able to achieve the most realistic version of 106 possible. As well as achieve the best possible atmosphere for the foundation.

I wonder how 096 will be set up! Maybe with an electronic suit? I can make a concept if that's ok.
I'll be drawing a concept art for the suit, including its mechanics, and materials.

096 will be an actor with added fake limbs to extend the arms and his legs. Exactly as it is in the game. As well as a constructed jaw that will be put over his face, and blended in. Full white body paint, some of the highest quality baldcaps around, and completely white eye contacts. Finished off with detailed bone painting to depict a skinnier version. We are debating whether having green be outlined around the legs of the actor, that way we can chroma key out the edges to make them look abnormally skinny, and only bone. However, we have not decided whether that would be necessary yet! :)

We would LOVE to see some designs. Those would be awesome! Hell, we could actually use someone who can draw up detailed designs from our sketch designs and exactly how we will do it, so we can get a better picture in how we will design everything!

I was planning on an individual animatronic head and shoulders that can be used for close-ups. It could have movable jaws, lips, eyebrows, and neck.
