I was notified on Discord that Photobucket has introduced a 'feature' where you now have to pay for 3rd party image hosting, which has broken many images on the site, including profile pictures, as shown here: So if you've been using photobucket for posting images, you'll probably want to use a different service now, such as imgur or puush.

There may be more, but there isn't a way to list all the profile pictures, and it would take too long to search through them all. Just know that Photobucket's change has had a huge impact.
