graphics breaking

i wish i could show you a screen shot but i cant. so what happens is when i start a new game, it lags, when i get into it i can see through walls the floor, the screen goes black things change color. it makes no sense, oh and then the game crashes. LIKE WHAT THE FUCK?! please help

My only suggestion to this is to update your GPU drivers.
