So, I tested the "Very Fine Eyedrops" yet again to see if they cause the permanent blindness, and they still do. I have no idea why it does that. The only way to prevent the blindness from setting in is to wear 714 before using the Very Fine Eyedrops (not the strange bottle). That way, vision gets blurry but the blink meter will never go "infinite".
I also took a peek in the Source code, and I found the effect for the eyedrops, and it seems like something's missing from it. At least, that's what it looks like. That, or Regalis intentionally put that there and I have no idea what to do to cure my blindness (SCP-500-01 won't work there).
I also found some cool effects for the blue first aid kit, but if you wish to talk about that, let me know, and I shall make a thread for that.
Anyway, I hope you understand the issue. If anyone tested this on a 64-bit version of Windows, let me know the results.

Download this little fix. I found the issues, and MonocleBios fixed them up. This was also brought to Regalis' attention. (Wrong things in the source code)
