This happen if you see the New SCP-106 event and then after dying by SCP-012 ...
Near the containment chamber from SCP-106 after the T shape room in the gas catwalk...

It's probably just a confusion between the Entity's objectives, maybe the compilator thought the Class D was 173 or whatnot.

Isn't the first picture meant to be a decomposed scientist, not a D-class?

Do you realize this thread is a year old? Since this bug occured in 0.7.3, it may already be fixed. Where did you even find this thread?

Yeah dude, check the version number and date of the thread before posting in it. That specific bug has been fixed since.
