#12Isn't the game for Windows only?Mirocaine wrote:Weird, the game acts differently on every operating system (right now).Thunderman wrote:UPDATE:
I still got a problem.
But this one is different, the game crashes/freezes AT the black out (after the guy w/ gun shoots at the thingy)
Please help.
I'm running windows 7 64 bit on a Gateway Notebook
Nvidia 9800n GT graphics card, etc -- everything runs fine excluding the occasional bug that more gameplay related.

#13Even if I do so, the screen is just black and frozen. I keep tiring all your methods that you guys suggest, but it only gets contradicted by another problem.Omniary wrote:Have you tried disabling the intro to see if it works otherwise?

#14UPDATE:
I tired the game out on my mom's laptop. And it worked just fine on there.
Strange, but annoying since my Mother hates when I play games on her PC.

Re: SCP Contentment Breach: Uber lag bug.
#15It's probably due to the way thegame renders the map. Having the whole map rendered at the same time is very inefficient and painful for your processor, no matter what (Unless you use a supercomputer, which is highly unlikely).FoxMccloud64 wrote:Try updating you drivers?
Re: SCP Contentment Breach: Uber lag bug.
#16That might actually be the case. Although I don't know any solutions to it other then getting a better processor.Goblin wrote:It's probably due to the way thegame renders the map. #17Actually nothing outside the edge of the fog is rendered.Goblin wrote:It's probably due to the way thegame renders the map. Re: SCP Contentment Breach: Uber lag bug.
#18Then how come my games keeps lagging after the blackout ? Or more importantly (As of now) why does it freeze/crash AT the black out ?Regalis wrote:Actually nothing outside the edge of the fog is rendered.Goblin wrote:It's probably due to the way thegame renders the map. Re: SCP Contentment Breach: Uber lag bug.
#19i want to know that to, why does it lag so much?
Wait... WHAT?
Re: SCP Contentment Breach: Uber lag bug.
#20Update: When It crashes/freezes, I can still hear the sounds of the game and control the protagonist. Any Ideas?
