As long as it still works in the game i dont see a problem with typos.

Correct it and compile it to see if it works. I don't think anyone's ever put a vest through 914 because by the time you get one you're already close to finishing the game.

Is it corrected? Perhaps the bulky and heavy ones haven't been added yet.

"Ballistic Best" is the obvious typo. Though I'm not sure if Regalis is finished the Bulky Ballistic Vest which would explain why he left the very fine setting to produce a Heavy Vest.
Or I could be thinking too much into an item that you can't even equip anyway...
