I don't understand that visual monitor, who is lying on the table, who is standing next to him/her, who is talking/screaming, and what is the use of this device? o-o

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MT6GLVx9yw0 As you can see, the D-class is supposed to be inside the machine, hence the screaming once the machine was activated. 106 glitched out and went through even when he was supposed to be contained.

Seriously dude? Does anyone notice the recent influx of new users who refuse to read the FAQ? I consider myself quite a noob here but this is horrible.

back to bugs..
-106 glitching out of containment happens every single time to me
-D-class randomly spawning in office

-and you practically have to get right up into 096's face to set him off, not really a bug but i think he should be a little more sensitive to activate, or atleast wander, because so far he hasn't posed any threat to me.

I think this was mentioned already, but I say that 096's toggle animation be changed, it looks pretty weird, and would give you some time to run.
