When things start to go downhill or just randomly sometimes my FPS will dip considerably. What settings can I change to fix this and keep my framerates more consistent and/or get them over 60. I have a Ryzen 7 1700X, 16GB DDR4 and an Nvidia 960 4GB (yes I know I need to upgrade it).

your pc is pretty good. my pc is much worse but i still always get more than 60 fps.it could be a driver issue
