Questions about the admin authentication system

So, this may not apply, since im using NILMOD for my server.
I have changed the admin auth to one of my own, and set it to permanently be that, Is there a way by giving this, that my staff can use it (for logs ect). Since the current promotion system doesnt work for logs( only kick, ban and end round)
