Problems with Permitted Console Commands.

Hello there. My host friend give me permissions of admin on his server, but, you see in screenshot ( that thing, the table with the console commands is empty, i have permissions only for end round, kick, ban and everything else exсept for these standart console commands (control, spawnitem, spawn, etc) Can you explain me please, how to solve this problem?
