Slow HP Regen

Staying at a certain health percentage forever if you are unable to get medical attention can be pretty annoying, so I want to suggest a slow HP regen system.

You will constantly regenerate 1HP every 5 seconds, taking damage at any time will stop this regen for 5 seconds. Bleeding will completely stop health regen until the bleeding is bandaged or stops by itself. Bandages increase regeneration slightly-by 1 extra hitpoint-but will not stack, and it will only last 25 seconds. If you are still bleeding when you are bandaged, the HP regen bonus will not be applied and HP regen will not start.

If you are unconscious, you will still heal, but only if you are NOT below -25 HP. If you reach 5HP while unconscious, you will regain consciousness and continue regenerating health. A doctor can speed up the recovery of an unconscious person with meds, but meds will only have half their usual effect (Excluding meds that treat oxygen deprivation), so CPR would probably be a better option if you are low on meds.

This shouldn't completely destroy doctor's roles since they can fabricate and use other types of medicines to heal you much faster.

It would make healing items only good in the middle of combat, which is not very common since you have no time to heal while fighting. Besides, it's kinda weird someone with a wound would just start to heal it... it makes more sense to start getting worse from it.

Everytime you take damage you lose HP regen for 5 seconds, and if someone repeatedly whacks you, you will keep not regenerating HP (Though the 5 seconds do not stack). Meds will always have a purpose, because of how fast they heal. 1 HP every 5 seconds is very, very slow.
