Campaign Mode Tweaks

-Sub is fully repaired after mission rather having the damage be persistent.

-You are able to save and load game-states rather than having one continuous game-state.

-Individual players are able to buy gear for themselves using a small portion of the total money awarded.

Anyway, I think sub repairs should at least be up to 50% so it doesn't instantly flood on round start.

I think instead the Captain should decided how much money each individual crew memeber can have to go purchase stuff, or set a round number in case you have too much crew to go through one by one.
Just a Doggo that couldnt find a 90 x 90 Doggo picture. So Doggo used Cap'n Jack.
