Maybe some kind of button where you can activate a combat stance and you'd be able to throw punches or block them, you could hold left mouse button to charge a punch and right mouse button to block. and a well charged punch to the head could knock someone out temporarily
Its an ambitous idea but who knows. combat is kind of limited atm

#5With being winded lowering your oxygen each time, until you pass out? #6Maybe have them have a specific pose like on their knees holding their chest. Getting winded out in low oxygen area would make them pass out, instantly putting their oxygen meter to zero.
