I suggest making possible to set a custom size for the HUD. A bigger or smaller HUD may be better looking and comfortable depending on the screen size and resolution. Personally, I would love to increase a tad the size of the HUD so I could better manage the items in the inventory.

A little, simple touch that improves the comfort.

It's on our to-do list now, we just haven't gotten around to doing this yet because spritefonts in MonoGame have a fixed size, and we can't change it in-game unless we change the way fonts are handled in the first place.
