only host has to download this mod, players can use default exe and content pack

CHANGES:
1. respawn shuttle is removed and players spawn inside of the sub
2. players spawn with armor, harpoon gun, axuzuline and all skills above 50
3. walls and items automatically repair when players spawn
4.pumps that only pump out water to make flooding whole sub impossible
