[BTE 7.5] Judas V2.0

- Added another coolant can.
- Added lights in medical to signify when the door is locked.
- Finished labelling the access panel use messages.
- I felt engineers lacked any form of self defence, so it is a lot easier for them to craft shock rods now.

- Enforcers, Officers and Captains can now access med bay.
- Harmful meds in med bay are now locked in a secure cabinet.
- Added flash powder and sugar in the med bay secure cabinet.
- Fixed overlapping med bay cabinets.
- Added a decal in the med bay for the secure cabinet.

- Made changes to the chute, music now plays when people are in the chute, not when it is full of water. Also:
- Added a ten second delay to the chute, so it's easier to watch people get cronched.

It's also occurred to me the BTEP version is horribly out of date and I need to change that.

- Removed hollowhead spears from armoury.
- Removed a hidden toxic cabinet from med bay that was interfering with one filled with chems.
- Added flash powder to med bay.
- Most chems are behind secure cabinets now.
- Enforcers and Officers can now access med bay.
- Laser by Laser now plays when someone enters the chute.
- Chute now runs of batteries (batteries included).
- Fixed out of date description for one of the coolant cans.
- Edited almost all the bottom portion of the sub to bring it in line with the BTE version.
- Submarine now starts with a small amount of reserve power.
- Added cinematic lighting to the chute :33
- Added 10 second delay to the chute.
- Removed useless relay from Command.
- Added LRS monitor to Command.

- Moved brig to where lazy room was.
- Removed lazy room.
- Officer now spawns with captain.
- Added more items to the sub to fill up the vacancies in some of the lockers.
- Removed music from chute :3
- Chute now has a force field panel.
- Chute now instantly flushes people who fall in it.
- Any role can access the chute now.
