[WIP] Aegir Mk III-B (please help a noob)

Hey I'm working on sub-variations of the Mark III Aegir ship. III-A is going to be a militarized version with an extra turret, less windows, and a little armored up. III-B is an exploration/cargo-transport version with a cargo room located beneath the command room, along with a reinforced captain's window, and a camera located on top of the ship so the captain can have more visibility. I wanted the cargo hold to have a pump to you can flood it for emergency or... special cargo, but the pump doesn't work despite being plugged in. The light's I've wired up too don't turn on even though they are connected to junction boxes. Everything else I've figured out by studying the same systems in the ship and reworking them, but even though stuff like the pump is identical to the one located in-between the ballasts it still does not work. Please help me figure this out. I'm new to the game and the editor but I really want to start making my own subs.

For the lights, make sure you check "IsOn" in the submarine editor. For the pumps, make sure you turn them on ingame and set the pumping speed.
