[0.8.0.4] [WIP] Frigate

This is my big one. Working on power, since it requires more than I initially thought. Also need to work on lighting, weapons, and a couple other odds and ends. But I'm excited for this one. You may recognize the influence from a certain video game franchise

I have checked all your subs so far and I truly like your unique way of design, there is nothing like this yet. Definitely putting them at BT Public once they are ready and tested. Nicely done!
