S.U.E: G-Drive Strikes Back [ANSWERED]

Totally forgot how to set up the downloads on google drive. Needless to say, searching for an answer I was probably already given at one point has resulted in nothing. So yeah, if anyone could explain how one sets up a file to be downloaded on google drive that'd be great, I don't want to have to link people to those sketchy free downloading sites that are riddled with false download ads. Hopefully this Stupid User Error mess of mine doesn't become a trilogy.
