I was wondering if you can possibly do Containment Breach in 4k, I have tried it before but I didn't know if it was my computer or the game's engine so I wanted to have a conformation if the game engine does not support 4k.

It's a DirectX7 limitation as far as I'm aware. We'll probably have it fixed for v1.4.
