Conference.x?

I was using a model veiwer to explore the aspects of CB, when I came across a room called 'conference.x' apparently it looks like an unfinished conference room. Any ideas?
When going into the unknown, always know what you know abouts what's not known about the unknown known.

I imagine it's like the rooms they use to tell the new class d subjects about what they will be doing at the facility, like in the note about reality benders.
