I can't recall too well, uh... I think he was immature and tended to make trouble then he got banned for it.

Later he asked for a pardon in a good way, and turned out to be a pretty chill dude.

By the way, i updated some things in the rules.
The rules wrote:[UPDATED 01/08/2016] You will not be subject to the tier system if you are found to be breaking rules continuously regardless of the warning of fellow users and/or moderators, in these cases a permanent ban will be applied if the user is found to be unwilling to cooperate.

Considering the comments some can make, 90 x 90 is not really that small. Large avatars just distract from the posts and makes pages load slower on mobile (same deal with huge signatures).
So probably not.
I understand this but compared to every other forum 90x90 is tiny, You cant fit most images into it. The forum also doesnt have a auto downscale feature so you gotta manually crop and downscale the image.

Yes it does. When you add an avatar you can manually the set the size you want the image to be in the field below the URL, so just set it to 90x90 and you're good.

While I personally think that the limit on avatars should be increased to 100x100, I don't see why it matters that much.

Curious: Are said permanent bans IP bans? Or just account bans?
