I know the game won't keep being updated forever...

...and Regalis isn't going to be able to keep adding SCPs because most of them would probably have to have some way to be important to completion of the game, but the only SCP i'd really like to see have a bigger role in the game is SCP-682. Right now you can sometimes hear it roar and it's important at the endings, but you can't actually run into it while exploring the facility. I think it'd be amazing if Regalis or even a mod creator could somehow give 682 a more important role in you trying to escape, maybe you'd encounter it blocking off an area you need to go to and you'd have to lead it to its containment chamber, and contain it so you don't have to worry about it anymore and you'd be able to reach the blocked area.
