Nice video; I haven't watched it fully yet, but I do appreciate that you highlighted times of using the command console and showing your reasoning. You are the 2nd to complete the Level 1 Challenge Run.
From now on however, I will only reveal the first person to complete each of the Challenge Runs.

Masterfully done; first one to finish Level 2 Challenge Run.

Ranking is now open! CntrlVee is in first place with 2 points.

I was at the livestream while it was ongoing. There was truly nothing he could do about the electrical center not existing. It very rarely happens and it was not his fault that he chose a map seed like that; therefore, he did complete the challenge to the best of his abilities. He is also the first to complete the Level 3 Challenge Run.

However, in response to this, I will now make a list of banned seeds that players cannot use. The seed that he so unfortunately used was "anuspienumber5".

There will also be a new rule in effect:

Do not type in a map seed. To decrease the chances of getting a bugged seed, let the game randomize the seeds for you.

If you had already done so in a Challenge Run, then this rule will not take effect until you do another run.

You can find this key card in 049's chamber
I suggested that he should use 714 and the mysterious hazmat suit, although he took a break before trying this. In hindsight, he could have also used eyedrops to assist with 173.

EDIT: I came up with a strategy to use if you don't disable 173 by using the MTF.
Refine things so that you have: (Very Fine) Red NVGs, (Very Fine) Mysterious Hazmat Suit, (Very Fine) Eyedrops.
Two more things to have are: SCP-714, (1) SCP-500-1.
Then you go to the middle section of 049's room and put on the NVGs, take the eyedrops, put the hazmat suit on and put 714 on. Then you'll have the Level 4 card and the generator working. You then dodge around the 049-2s and keep looking towards where 173 would go and go in the opposite elevator. After you're done you can take a pill if you want. I also recommend resting a while because the Eyedrops make your screen go completely black after a while (Which still holds off 173 for some strange reason). After the pill treatment is over you can continue with whatever you want.
