Re: SCP Containment Breach - Month of Challenges

I'll do it. Would it be ok if I played it in my mod without touching any gameplay-changing features (such as 294)?
[Issue resolved. I have gotten permission to play using my mod.]

Since we are nearing May 4th, I figured I should release some information regarding the challenges. The challenges are run-based and are not based on a single action you must do. However, I have not finished deciding whether I should include single-action requirements or not. Anyhow, here are a few things you can expect for the challenges:

1-2 Keter Runs
4-5 Custom Runs
Manipulation of SCPs

If these hints upset you or not, please do tell. I can always change the challenges. Tell me what you think.

I have tested most of the challenges myself and they are certainly challenging; I have not finished any of them as I'd like to be a part of strategizing with other players.

You can also expect a few test videos from me to provide you with more hints of the Runs.

I think that there should be a mix of several types of challenges. A few random ones that have no custom objectives, a few where you have to go through a custom map and maybe one that uses a random map where you have to complete certain objectives. In my opinion saving should be available in most challenges and definitely in all that take quite a long time but you should only be aloud to save in certain locations (this idea could also be used in custom maps). Then there could also be restriction type challenges where you are not allowed to use a certain item or a few select items. Those are just a few suggestions that I think - if used - would make the challenges vary a bit more.

I do like your ideas and will definitely add them into the challenges, especially creating the custom map. I will follow through with them, in amalgam with what I have so far.
