I was just curious. I remember back in version 0.8.0-0.9.0 that SCP-173 used to "noclip" everywhere which would cause him to end up in weird locations. What's his spawn system like in the new version?

In the game's files, SCP-173 is labelled to have a speed of 38. . He doesn't actually seem to "spawn" in newer versions, so to speak; as a baseline point of reference, SCP-049 has a speed of 11. .
