SCP Containment Breach Windows 10 Help?

Hello. I have never been on this site before, so excuse me if I screw something up. Anyways, so I used to absolutely love playing SCP:CB on my old Windows 8 laptop. But unfortunately, my old laptop broke so I had to get a new one. This new laptop has Windows 10 on it. I tried downloading the game on my new laptop; and it successfully installed; but I can't launch it. It get this error "0xc0000022". Help?

Yea, this helped nothing. I get about 5 seconds in to the game before everything goes black, still able to move around for another 5 seconds fortunately. Then the game crashes.

That's another problem. Try to use this on game's exe

Have you tried opening SCP:CB in windows 7 compatibility mode and running as a admin ?.
