i think they're photoshoped and its made by people, also a scp is not a illustration, it would look sketchy and no one told that a scp picture where a illustration. also people arent scps if they do one unless its a sculpture, and yes, scps are like that for example scp 096 seems to be a human but not, its more like photoshoped, and scp 096 is secretly a human, first look at this picture:

see? now keep switching pictures. you will see that the first one looks kinda photoshoped but if you look at the second one, you will see that its photoshoped again, but its a human and the image looks brighter, that means that the second one is photoshoped, and the first one too, cause the first image is dark, and the second one is bright, also if it wouldnt be photoshoped then scp 096's face would be revealed, and the room would look normal, i think its inside a room and the sculpture/human is doing a pose.
also i will be talking about scp 049. ok so scp 049 looks like this:

"Hard To Kill The Reptile" but it can be called hard to destroy reptile so the reptile can kill people which try to kill them, theres no logic in scp 682, and this scp MIGHT Be in real life, cause theres a youtube video which shows it, scp 682 seems to be real or fake, we still dont know. it seems to exist in real life. and scp 035 is just a mask which people made. scp 513 is a "Old Cowbell" as said, but its just a old cowbell really, this scp is in real life cause its just a cowbell. SCP-087 is a game, theres only a picture of SCP-087-1 heres the picture to it:

So I Think That SCPs Where Made And Photoshoped, Like The Masks For Example, the costumes, the humans. And For Example If All Or Some Of The SCPs weren't Photoshoped, The Images WOULD LOOK MUCH Worser. Like SCP-096 hes definitely photoshoped cause his "face" has a mosaic effect.
