I know SCP-131 dosent exactly fit into the horror theme but in the article it says that it never blinks never sleeps and never eats.
Also it says that it has frequently been used to keep SCP-173 still.
Also according to the article he is very friendly to all humans and The way I think he should be implemented is that you have a random chance of encountering it scared in a corner and after you gain its trust it follows you and makes sure SCP-173 stays out of the way.
Of course you cant have him as your follower forever, so I think that if you are getting followed by SCP-372 after some time you will just hear a quick and gruesome splat and if you turn around your 'Eyepod' will be torn apart and dead, this should increase the scare factor.
So what do you think?
