[Suggestion/Idea] Dr. Clef's Office

Oh the infamous Dr. Clef, a very intriguing member of the foundation. I suggest that his office be added, to add more foundation integration. By this, I mean creating some more atmosphere for the game. I have ideas for how the room would function, and possible items and events that could take place in it.

Location: Entrance Zone, next to Dr. Gear's office.

Layout: Standard office layout with a desk, computer, and a shotgun hanging on the wall(if Clef isn't there), shelves containing supplies.

But Raptorcyclone there are not to be any guns in the game you suck.
Going to say this now, the shotgun will either be hanging on the wall as a decoration, or in the hands of Clef, not usable by the player.
Items: Gas Mask, Ballistic Vest, and a Radio, as well as Batteries.

Event #1: You open the door and nobody is in the room, free to take any items you need.

Event #2: Dr. Clef is hiding in his room, riding out the breach. May target the player with his shotgun and say "Reveal yourself or I'll shoot!" If the player slowly enters, Clef lowers his shotgun and may give the player a random tip.

Event #3: Dr. Clef kills the player with his shotgun if the player rushes into the room.

Event #4: When the player approaches the room, the door opens and Clef steps out and walks down the hall, escorted by an MTF who will ignore the player if the player does not enter his line of sight. The MTF will target the player if his line of sight is crossed. If the player runs, the MTF will once again direct his attention to Clef.

I don't know how to create 3D models, so I hope one of the many talented modelers on the forum could whip up a simple 12 gauge shotgun model. I did however create a possible texture for him in-game:

I may also be able to get voices(maybe).

Tell me what you think, and we could discuss what pros and cons affect these ideas.
