SCP-965 is basically a silhuette of a face without heair, nose, mouth, earts and eyes that causes paranoia and other similar psychological symptoms to whoever is being or sleeping near it.
In the game, it may appear in any window and it will be lowering the player's sanity little by little while they are around it. The only way to avoid this is to run instead of just walking so you sped less time around it.

hmmm... so it would work kinda similar to SCP-895, except it would appear on windows like the window of the room where you get your first Level 2 Key Card and your first Navigator and in the CCTV room where you unlock the Heavy Containment Zone checkpoint.
