Okay I know it was a failure in canon, but why not make it to where you can put in the refinery fine or very fine and it will actually work.
I think a good idea is to add scp-096 chamber and put it there or maybe you could put it in 049 downstairs or maintenance tunnels. if put to 1:1 it will turn into nvg.

I think it would be a nice thing if they would add this .
