[9.1] Created Maps - Can't use 294 or Electrical Room

In version 9.1, I made a simple little map, with a few rooms, a cafeteria, and the computer and electrical room. I tested it and tried to get the Gate B victory, but I couldn't use the switches in the Elec. room. I also noticed that I could not use 294 at all. Is this a client or game bug?

Well, maybe because you need to activate events in the map editor. If its not activate, some stuff ingame won't work.
