Hello, recently by accident I deleted the SCP: CB and since then after downloading a new file and patches, this information is displayed to me - User lib not found . I ask for help in solving this problem.

I get the same problem and devs are really not usefull
I've read dozen of subjects reporting same problem (this exact one) and there is no real solution since all devs do is tell you "wait for 1.3.7 patch"
Only solution I've found didn't seem to work for me, and that is downloading 1.3.5.exe. Here's link to thread, hope it works for you: http://www.filedropper.com/scp-containmentbreachv135

Try out v1.3.4.
