Try this, the intro video could be why the launcher is failing.

Are you going to fix the mav so we can see this video

Sadly whenever I try to initiate the update, I get a MAV halfway through the extraction of the files (the MAV always occurs at 'Extracting "Instructions.txt"') I can play the game fine on the old version, but I really want to try the new update. Can anybody help me with this? If it helps my computer is a Lenovo ThinkPad T440s with Windows 7

My game plays the intro without any issue
